Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Apparently healthy individual within the age group of 20 to 60 2 Both male and female gender. 3 Individuals willing to participate in the study. 4 Individuals able to stand independently without the use of assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any person with a history of knee or ankle injury 6 months previously treated surgically or non-surgically. 2 Person with any neurological illness that could influence postural control. 3 Person with diabetes mellitus, history of diabetic neuropathy, sensory deficits in lower limbs. 4 Pregnancy or conditions affecting the center of gravity excursion and postural stability. 5 Participants with cognitive/ communication impairments affecting the understanding of study procedures/ instructions. 6 Participants with persistent lower limb oedema. 7 Persons unwilling to participate.
