Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and Female with primary knee osteoarthritis 2.Confirmed radiological diagnosis(kellgren lawrence grade 2 and 3) 3.Iliotibial band tightness 4.Balance difficulty due to knee OA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary Knee Osteoarthritis 2. Previous knee injury or surgery 3. Troubled balance due to neurological or other condition.
