Intervention1: Virtual Reality Therapy + Structured Exercise Program: Participants will undergo VR therapy alone using the Oculus Go headset with neck mobility-based therapeutic games, conducted twice

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Desk job worker working on computers for more than or equal to 8 hours a day for more than or equal to 1 year. 2. Desk job worker with mechanical neck pain. 3. Participants who are willing to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. Psychiatric disorder 3. Uncooperative participants 4. Participants with any diagnosed pathology of neck 5. Participants with vertigo/ ear infections/ vision problems. 6. Participants with history of surgery around the neck or cervical spine.
