Inclusion criteria: Person in the age group of 18 to 30 Person having BMI between 18 - 25 kg per meter square light to moderately active person

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person not willing to cooperate Known case of cardiovascular disease Known case of diabetes mellitus smoking person
