Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals falling under the normal range of BMI, that is, 18-25 kg/m , will be included based on Asian classification. 2. Both genders will be included. 3. Individuals indulged in light to moderate physical activity will be included. 4. The subjects who agree to participate in the study will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Performing high-intensity physical activity. 2. Subjects having any type of neurological/cognitive impairment or musculoskeletal disorder/injury that can affect the outcome of the study. 3. Subjects not satisfying the age criteria mentioned.
