Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female. Age group- 15 to 24 years. Playing kabaddi at least for more than 6 months. Kabaddi player(atleast played district level)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with musculoskeletal or neurological condition that may affect mobility. Individuals those who are regularly participating in sports other than kabaddi. Athletes who are at irregular practice for more than 2-3 months. Any previous upper extremity, lower extremity or spine fracture or major surgery in last 6 months.
