Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between ages 18-35. 2. Athletes in the elite (International and national level athletes) and sub-elite (Regional and state level athletes) groups for their respective sports. 3. Currently training and participating actively under the guidance of a coach. 4. Can converse fluently in Hindi or English. 5. Participants should have access to online audio and video conferencing platforms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athletes with a diagnosed psychiatric condition 2. Athletes pursuing their training outside of India 3. Athletes with any physical disabilities
