Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age limit from 18 to 70 yrs. As per Hamilton anxiety rating scale of Anxious peoples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People suffering from Intellectual disability. Drug induced Anxiety Neurosis. K/c/o. Any organic brain disorder l.e. tumor, Carcinoma of brain, seizures etc. Patients who are not willing.
