Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Stage II/III periodontitis- CAL of 5-8 mm with PPD of 5-8 mm, Interdental vertical defects detected by radiovisiographs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are systemically compromised, Patients who are smokers, Pregnant and lactating women, Subjects who had undergone periodontal therapy in the past 3 months, Subjects who were under antibiotic therapy in the past 3 months, Patients with metabolic diseases related to bone, Subjects on drugs that might alter bone metabolism.
