Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pre-diagnosed and new cases of melasma based on clinical presentation according to ICD 11 criteria. Patients willing to give informed written consent and comply with the follow-up schedule.

Exclusion criteria: Severe Systemic Illness Hormonal or Photosensitizing Therapies Pregnancy and Lactation Pigmentary Disorder Comorbidities
