Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants between the age group 18 to 59 years of all genders Participants suffering from Chronic Tension-Type Headache Headache more than 13 days for atleast 3 months. Lasting hours to days. At least two of the following four characteristics bilateral location pressing or tightening (non-pulsating) quality mild or moderate intensity not aggravated by routine physical activity. Either photophobia, phonophobia or mild nausea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from severe psychiatric disorders All the participants with severe neurological or systemic disorders Immuno-compromised Participants and Participants with substance abuse Pregnant and lactating women

MeasureTime frame
To assess changes on McGill Pain Questionnaire.Timepoint: 18 months study. 12 months enrollment 6 months follow up and result. Questionnaire will be used at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks till 24 weeks.
