Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients willing for trial patients will be selected randomly for the study patients having classical signs and symptoms of pcos

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age above 35 and less than 15 years. Patients suffering from a.Adrenal Hyperplasia b. Androgen secreting neoplasm c. Thyroid Dysfunction d. Cushing syndrome e. Hyperprolactinaemia f. Diabetes Mellitus g. Hypertension h. Chronic Hepatic or Renal Diseases will be excluded. Pelvic or Systemic diseases like Endometriosis ,Hydrosalpinx ,Fibroid uterus causing Oligomenorrhoea and Anovulation . Along with Current or previous within last 6 months use of OC pills,glucocorticosteroids ,anti-androgens ovulation inducing agents,anti diabetic,anti obesity drugs. Pregnant and lactating women not included in this study. Organic lesions of reproductive tract like TB Carcinoma and congenital deformities.
