Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnostic criteria BMI14 to 18kg/m2 subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria age in completed years18 to 45 years irrespective of gender occupation place ready to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: underweight due to secondary causes where the brimhana/santarpana is contraindicatedlike prameha/madhumeha acute weight loss of unknown cause known case of diabetes hypertension cardiacdisorder carcinoma known case of pregnancy subjects who are lactating
