Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are Recently (2 months) identified with posterior canal BPPV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neurodegenerative disorders such as spondylitis, suffering from neck pain, Conductive hearing loss/unilateral hearing loss . Individual on medication for vertigo will be excluded.

1- PTA Findings 2- Speech Audiometry Scores 3- VEMP Findings 4- DHI Questionnaire Scores 5- Likert Scale ScoresTimepoint: Baseline (Pre-intervention) Before the Epley maneuver is performed. Immediate Post-intervention Right after the Epley maneuver is completed (to assess the immediate effect). Follow-up within 4 Weeks To monitor, post Epley DHI scores.
