Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome measure of our study is to evaluate the effect of ondansetron on hemodynamic stability after subarachnoid block for lower abdominal and lower limb surgeriesTimepoint: Hemodynamic parameters HR SBP DBP MAP and SpO2 will be recorded at baseline than after every 3 minutes for 15 minutes every 5 minutes till end of surgery and then every 30 minutes for next 2 hours in post-operative room

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome measure of our study is to compare the effect of ondansetron group with the placebo groupTimepoint: Hemodynamic parameters HR SBP DBP MAP and SpO2 will be recorded at baseline than after every 3 minutes for 15 minutes every 5 minutes till end of surgery and then every 30 minutes for next 2 hours in post-operative room
