Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who will give written consent. Patients suffering from Vatakantak. Patients of either sex in the age group of 20 - 70 years. The cardinal feature included is ruk (pain), toda(pin and needle sensation) in ghulf region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from AIDS and Hepatitis B. Patient related with any malignancy. Patient with Tuberculosis, syphilis, leprosy. Fracture related to ankle joint. Patients mentioned in Samhita which Ayogya for agnikarma Patient suffering from severe systemic diseases such as diabetes, HTN, bronchial asthma, cardiac disease, renal failure etc.
