Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Registered nurses having a diploma degree or bachelors degree in nursing or post graduate degree. 2)Having more than six months of clinical experience at wards/ units for serving patients diagnosed with cancer . 3) Providing direct bedside patient care for dying cancer patient at wards / units. 4) Willing to participate , with adequate English reading and communication skills .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Part time nurses, and nurses at managerial positions and nurse who does not provide direct patient care . 2)Not willing for written informed consent .
