Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to undergo either surgical or pharmacological treatment. 2. Patients with no prior treatment for endometriosis within the past 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbid systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders or autonomic dysfunction.
