Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adhesive Capsulitis at stage 1 or 2 with duration of symptoms less than 3 months, pain with active and passive shoulder ROM and limitation of flexion, abduction, internal rotation and external rotation at least 25 percent reduction in shoulder external rotation compared to unaffected side. Pain on a VAS scale of at least 4 but less than 8. Patient willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Any restriction in shoulder range of motion due to trauma resulting in humerus fracture and dislocation or surgery Shoulder restriction due to cerebrovascular accident or any other neurological condition
