Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are working at Tata Memorial Center, for more than one year of experience as a permanent staff. Both Male and female Nursing officers. 2. Qualification as GNM/ Post basic/ BSc Nursing/ MSc Nursing 3. Working in chemotherapy areas- CT, CR, injection room ,day care. 4. Those who are able to follow English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are in surgical, radiation therapy, operation theatre, OPD. 2. Unwilling or unavailable to participate
