Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No prior treatment for keloids in the past 2 months and are willing to follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, Lactation, patient on immunosuppressants and anticoagulants, local site infection, ear lobe keloid, hypertrophic scars, diabetes
