Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between 3-12 years with Autism, satisfying DSM- V criteria having a Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) score above 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All other Pervasive development disorders will be excluded by thorough clinical evaluation. Tuberous sclerosis, Neurofibromatosis, Fragile x syndrome, Phenylketonuria Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections Seizure disorders Children with other developmental disorders

Assessments will be done before therapy (baseline; on the first day), after therapy (31th day) and after the follow up period (of 30 days).
