Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient 25 to 50 years irrespective of age and sex. 2 Willing to give written well informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Anemia, malabsorption syndrome ,Hepatitis ,Psoriasis, Bala , Sthavira , Ruksha Kshatakshina ,Krisha, Garbhini ,,Akshepaka Vata Pakshaghata. Those who observe Upavasa and those who are afflicted with Pipasa and Murccha and patients having other serious systemic disease.
