Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes of age between 15 to 25 years Athletes who have participated in the state and district level tournament Both the genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with lower extremity injury in the past 6 months. Athletes with upper extremity injury in the past 6 months. Athletes not willing to participate. Athletes who have undergone recent surgery.
