Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active rugby players engaged in competitive rugby at a club, college, or regional level. Subjects who are training/playing rugby regularly from past 6 months or more. Participants willing and commit to follow training protocol and study timeline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent major surgery which might hamper the tests. Any known cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions contraindicating high-intensity exercise. Players with any current or recent (last 3 months) lower limb musculoskeletal injuries.
