Inclusion criteria: Knee joint pain, swelling with stiffness, Redness, warmth to touch, Touching or crackling sound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma to Knee joint,Low backache with disc problem,DM,HTN,Thyroid problem.
