Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shift working security guards (one in four week of night shift work for 8 hours)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic diseases, chronic alcoholic, chronic smoker, history of psychiatric diseases or sleep disorders or cardio vascular diseases
