Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects clinically diagnosed with MPS on Travell and Simons DG(1999) criteria 2.Patients with at least one active trigger point in unilateral upper trapezius muscle. 3.Patients who have not received any local trigger point injection 3 months prior to the start of the study. 4.Participants willing to participate with voluntary written consent..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.local or systemic disease 2.Allergic skkin diseases or hypersensitive skin 3.Fibromyalgia syndrome 4.Bleeding diathesis 5.cervical disc lesions and pathological findings on xray 6.neurological or inflammatory diseases 7.Pregnancy or contraindications to high power laser or manual therapy 8.Past neck or shoulder surgeries 9.Mental illness 9.cancer
