Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients with Rigidity dominant Idiopathic Parkinson s disease on modern conservative management. Age group 35 to 60 years Willing to participate and able to give consent. Participants fit for both Snehapana and Vamana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any uncontrolled systemic illness Participants who are not willing to give consent
