Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having following criteria wil be included in the study Age between 18 to 60 years of either sex ASA class I II scheduled for surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having following criteria will be excluded from the study Head and neck deformity History of trauma or burn with scar over face and neck and upper part of chest Mass or tumor or oedema over neck or face or oral cavity Pathological restricted neck movement like in cervical spondylitis Severely restricted mouth opening like in lock jaw BMI more than 25kg per meter square Pregnant patient
