Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elite runners, Professional athletic runners. Consideration of both female and male. Age between 18 to 30 years. Minimum 5 years of experience in running. Free from any current or chronic injury that may affect running.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injuries on the lower limb. Use of assistive devices (walkers and canes). Chronic conditions that affect the movement (Arthritis). Uncontrolled environmental status (uneven surface)
