Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient planned for Modified mastectomy surgery,age-18-65yrs,ASA grade 2&3 ,patients, weight 45-75kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients :with other malignant tumors, With other diseases of brain, kidney, heart,liver. With Stage 4 cancer With infectious disease history or drug addictions With cognitive dysfunction or other mental illness
