Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those who are willing to participate Those who received spinal anaesthesia Those who undergone LSCS Those who are hemodynamically stable after LSCS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mother with PPH 2. Those who undergone classical C section 3. Those who are advised for total bedrest 4. Diagnosed with psychiatric illness 5. Those who received general anaesthesia 6. Those who already had DVT 7. Those who have increased intracranial pressure 8. Mother with baby in NICU
