Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) People with no shoulder injuries and previous surgeries. 2) Regular fitness enthusiast, playing predominantly upper extremity sports at district level minimum, including tennis, badminton, volleyball, karate, boxing, weightlifting. 3) Should be able to complete a 2-minute push-up screening test with males scoring a minimum of 36 repetitions and females 15 repetitions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any shoulder injury in the last 6 months, like rotator cuff pain. 2) Shoulder dislocations. 3) Shoulder instability. 4) Immobilisation. 5) Any surgery of the upper extremity shoulder in the recent 3 years.
