Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age (18 to 26) Both male and female Pain from at least last 15 days Palpable trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle Having a pain score 3 to 7 on the visual analogue scale Limitation of neck movement due to pain Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical injury History of referred pain due to cervical pathology Degenerative cervical spine Wound over neck region Shoulder pathology
