Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients giving written informed consent Adult patients (aged 18 years and above) undergoing elective major surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving informed consent Patients with pre-existing chronic pain conditions, those unable to consent, and individuals with significant cognitive impairments.
