Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 21-45 years (Male and Female) Episodic Migraine (ICHD-3)- frequency 4-14 headache/month Diagnosis of migraine (with or without aura) for at least 6 months Willingness to participate in Yoga or control for 12 weeks. All medications except those known to influence/target CGRP levels potentially.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other Neurological diseases Pregnant / Lactating Females /Planning pregnancy Alcohol disorder (AUDIT-C) Menstrual Migraine Recent neck or head injury Recent 6 months of yoga or any other alternative therapy Medication Overuse Headache (ICHD-3)
