Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any patient that fits the rare cancer definition as per the protocol which is, Rare Cancers will be defined as those with incidence of less than 6 cases per 100,000, rare pathological subtypes of common cancers,pediatric cancers,hematological cancers and unusual site or age at presentation. 2. Willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not willing to give consent. 2. If received any prior treatment.

MeasureTime frame
1. Establishing a complete clinical database for rare cancers and exceptional responders. 2. Establishing biorepository of all clinically annotated rare cancers and exceptional responders for exploration of biological basis. 3.Analyzing patterns of care and outcomes of rare cancers and exceptional responders versus others. 4.Improving the outcomes of rare cancers through delivery of uniform care Timepoint: 1. Continuous process, At the end of 5 years, the data will be analyzed to understand the prevalence and pattern of rare cancers in the network along with treatment outcomes. 2. All the biopsy/surgical specimens at the hub/spokes will be collected over 10 years. 3. The data entered in the clinical database linked to the virtual biobank will be analyzed at 3, 5 and 10 years from the start of the project. 4. The follow up of the cases discussed will be provided at periodic intervals (every 6 months) as a consolidated report. The database will be updated every 6 months for the treatment plan, treatment given, response and the outcome.
