Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Understanding and willingness to provide informed consent 2. Patients between 15-25 years of age undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment with metal brackets 3. Patients with good and fair oral hygiene 4. Patients with satisfactory general health 5. Patients with mild dental crowding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Enamel hypoplasia 2. Amelogenesis imperfecta 3. Fluorosis 4. Active periodontal disease 5. Active dental caries 6. Patients having frontal fillings, veneers or other reconstructions. 7. Patients having other structural defects of enamel.
