Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender: Male only Age group: 50 to 59 Patients having only upper back muscle pain Patients who is having a score above 50 to 60 in mcgill pain questionnaire are taken for the study Post CABG patients (3rd post operative week) Patients available within 50 km range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who is having neurological problems Patients who undergone any back surgeries Patients who have respiratory problem Patients who is not near Ramakrishna and nearby area
