Inclusion criteria: All elective surgeries done under general anaesthesia/ spinal anaesthesia/epidural anaesthesia/combined spinal -epidural anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refusal pregnant women emergency indication surgeries under local anaesthesia ENT, opthalmic surgery
