Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gym-goers 2.Residents of Mumbai 3.Willing to give informed consent. 4.Have used regularly for more than 6 months and are aware of protein supplements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals other above 40 years of age and below 18 years of age 2. Unwilling to participate or incomplete responses. 3.Language barrier
