Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults between 20 and 35 Years. It will include both male and female participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently diagnosed with any psychiatric or medical conditions. Individuals taking any psychiatric medication or undergoing any structured intervention. Individuals diagnosed with postpartum conditions, those with psycho dermatology-related issues, and pregnant individuals
