Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses working in Primary Health Center, Sub Health Center- Health and Wellness Center,Ayushman Arokya Mandir(AAM). 2) Nurses who are professionally qualified Registered Nurses (RN) with GNM & Above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses due for long leave more than two months from the working area.
