Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients in the age group of eighteen to fifty years 2 systemically healthy patients 3 periodontally healthy patients after initial periodontal therapy satisfying full mouth plaque index less than twenty five and full mouth bleeding score less than ten percent 4 patients with keratinized tissue width less than or equal to two mm and or attached gingiva width less than or equal to one mm on buccal aspect of mandibular anterior region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 pregnant and lactating women 2 patients with deleterious habits like smoking or tobacco chewing and alcohol consumption 3 patients who are contraindicated for periodontal surgical procedures

To evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy and patient reported outcomes of i prf biofunctionalized exanded mesh free gingival graft in increasing the width of keratinized tissue width of attached gingiva gingival phenotype at 3 months and 6 months postoperatively To evaluate patient reported outcomes of i prf biofunctionalized expanded mesh free gingival graft in relation to pain discomfort function esthetics at 3 and 6 months postoperatively Timepoint: 3 and 6 months postoperatively
