Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having signs and symptoms of jeerna pratishyaya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 18yrs and above 60yrs. cases which require surgical intervention like nasal polyp would be excluded. patient suffering from any chronic debilitating like tb,dm,asthma and other respiratory problem.
