Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient with post-cardiac surgery CABG, Cardiac surgery post-discharge patients on their first follow up in an outpatient department (OPD) and post one month after discharge from the hospital. Score of 7-14 on PQSI (mild to moderate) Willing Participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are known case of hypertension and are on medications Diagnosed sleep disturbances pre surgery Individual do not smartphone and internet access
