Intervention1: peer support: This will be provided as a group session facilitated by a health care worker trained for all pregnant women with epilepsy and their caregivers. The focus of these sessions

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: nclusion criteria: Women with epilepsy a. active epilepsy with at least 1 seizure in the last two years b. currently pregnant Caregivers of WWE a. Spouses and/or other family members who sup port the WWE during their pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria a. We will exclude women who had seizures due to other cause such as hypertensive disorder, pregnan cy (eclampsia), and other metabolic causes.
