Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed subjects of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Diabetic nephropathy With age group between 35-70 yrs With microalbumin ranges between 20 -200 microgram/min S.Creatinine level within 5 Who are fit for Vasthikarma Who are willing to participate and able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HbA1C greater than 9 Diabetic Nephropathy Stage 4 and 5 Pregnancy and lactation Known case of uncontrolled other systemic illness With persistent UTI Taking ACE inhibitors and ARBs Subjects with other severe debilitating diseases
