Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 50-80 years 2. Both male and female 3. Knee OA Grade I, II, and III based on the Kellgren and Lawrence grading system 4. A patient who can follow simple verbal commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee Osteoarthritis Grade IV based on the Kellgren and Lawrence grading system 2. Injuries surrounding the gastrocnemius muscle 3. Any recent injury or surgery 4. History of neurological conditions
